Google Business Profile is free, and it decides how your shop appears on Google Maps and local search. Yet most local businesses either haven't claimed theirs or leave it half-empty.
The essentials: accurate opening hours, your exact pin location, a real phone number, and at least ten good photos. Businesses with photos get significantly more direction requests and calls than those without.
